I would like
to thank you for allowing me the honor and privilege of
serving you as Johnson County Sheriff. Your support and
trust are two things that I value, treasure and hold very
seriously.
We have been blessed with a great staff. A staff that serves
you with a servant’s heart and contributed to our department
obtaining a 53% criminal case clearance rate, as reported by
the Texas Department of Public Safety Uniform annually Crime
Report. The state average for case clearance is 17%. Our
close working relationship with the cities in our county,
the state police and the federal agencies have also
contributed to our high case clearance rate.
In addition to our clearance rate, we have implemented
numerous programs that have proven beneficial to our
citizens and to out staff. We are also community partners
with several non-profit agencies to aid in improving the
quality of life for the families and the businesses of our
country. Through programs such as VINE, WISE EYES,
NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH PROGRAMS and BULLYING HURTS; we have
added to the awareness and protection of our citizens.
I believe in commitment, dedication, sincerity, hard work
and compassion. I humbly ask your continued support and vote
in the March 4th Primary election. With your help we can
continue to build upon the programs and success that office
has experienced.
